How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel is located at 12 rue de Louvois, 75002 Paris. It is served by Metro Lines 3, 7, 8, 9 and 14 and by Bus Lines 20, 29, 39, 48 and 67.
To arrange for your transfers to/from a train station or airport, please contact our concierge service at concierge@hotel-louvois.com or complete your online check-in form, sent to you in your confirmation email.
Can I park at the hotel?
We do not have a private car park. You can leave your car in one of the paid parking spots around the hotel or book a space in one of the nearby car parks.
The closest car park is Parking Indigo Bourse, 31bis rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Hotel Square Louvois. This smoking ban applies to both the rooms and all other hotel areas, including at the windows. A €350 penalty will be assessed if this rule is broken.
Can I bring my pet?
Calm, house-trained pets are allowed at the hotel at no additional cost.

Check-in & Check-out
When can I check in?
All our rooms are available at 2 pm.
Depending on availability, early check-in may be an option. Please contact our reservations service if you want to arrange for an earlier arrival. If you want to be sure your room will be available before 2 pm, we recommend booking it for the previous night as well.
If early check-in before 2 pm is not an option, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room and explore the neighbourhood or simply enjoy the hotel’s amenities while you wait.
When do I need to check out?
All guests are expected to check out by noon.
If you want to keep your room later than 12 pm, please contact the reception desk the day before you are scheduled to check out, or else book the room for the following night as well.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
We offer secure, free storage of your luggage, before check-in and after check-out.
Guest rooms
Can I have an extra bed?
Only our Deluxe rooms can accommodate a third person on a spare bed (80x190 cm). When making your booking, please indicate the number of people who will be staying in the room, so we can make sure everything is ready for you on arrival.
Can I have a baby cot?
A baby cot can be set up free of charge in any of our rooms, for infants ages 0 to 1½. For safety reasons, children over the age of 1½ are considered as additional, full guests and can only stay in our Deluxe, Duplex and Family rooms.
How can I request additional amenities?
Irons and ironing boards, steamers, dental kits and shaving kits are available on request, at no extra charge to you.
We can also lend you an umbrella (with a €15 security deposit) or a power adapter (with a €10 security deposit).
How can I make a special request?
Would you like to celebrate a special occasion at the hotel with extra care such as flowers, balloons, chocolate, and so on?

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served each morning from 7 to 11 am. Except in the case of certain special offers, breakfast is not included in the price of the rooms.
Breakfast costs €20 for guests ages 13 and up and €10 for children ages 4 to 12. Children under the age of 4 eat free.
What time is the snack service?
Snacks are provided for our guests each afternoon from 4 to 6 pm.
Does the hotel offer room service?
Yes, we offer 24/7 room service. For orders served between 7 am and 10 pm, your meal will be delivered to your room. From 10 pm to 7 am, you will be asked to come to reception to pick up your meal.
What are the wellness centre’s hours?
The indoor pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm.
The gym and tea room are accessible 24/7.
